Local residents elected Edward to Epping Forest district council in May 2024. He lives with his family in the middle of Epping near Centre Drive. In his spare time he is a regular runner and an active member of the local tennis club.
Edward is a member of the council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee where he has taken up various issues on behalf of residents including challenging the Conservatives' decision to charge for garden waste collections

Janet lives near the centre of Epping close to the High Street. She has represented Epping residents on the district council since first being elected in 1996.
She is a member of the Place Scrutiny Committee and Local Councils Liaison Committee and is Vice-Chair of the council's Constitution Working Group. She has previously served on many other committees including the area planning committee and Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Janet was elected to Epping Town Council in May 2023 and is Town Mayor of Epping in 2025-26.

Jon lives in St John's Road, close to the old Epping Junior School where he went to school and near the replacement Epping Sports Centre which the local Liberal Democrat team campaigned for.
Jon chairs the district council's Audit & Governance Committee. He has previously served on planning committees, scrutiny panels and the Licensing Committee.
He is also an Epping Town Councillor and served as Epping Town Mayor in 2012-13.
In his spare time he runs with Loughton AC (where he is one of the coaching team) and Orion Harriers. He is Treasurer of a local conservation charity and former school governor at Epping Primary School.

Epping East
Epping East covers most of Epping east of the High Street and Coopersale, Coopersale Street and Fiddlers Hamlet.
It includes one side of Epping High Street as well as St Margaret's Hospital, Epping tube station and Bell Common.
