Already Councillor Ann Haigh and the Liberal Democrat team in Epping forest have reported over 20 potholes

Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Campaigner Councillor Ann Haigh has launched an interactive map on this website (www.eflibdems.org.uk/potholes) to highlight the vast problem of potholes in Epping Forest.

Many residents have contacted Ann and other Liberal Democrat councillors in the district following news that the Conservatives in Essex are changing their policy on fixing potholes, making them bigger for longer.

Councillor Ann Haigh said: "Residents have told me on the doorstep that they are unhappy how the roads in Epping Forest are maintained.

'It is not surprising the public are so fired up over this issue. The state of the roads in and around Epping Forest is simply not good enough, yet the County Council are cutting the budget and insisting on leaving potholes to get larger before they are repaired."

If you know of a pothole that needs to be added to the list, then send an email to potholes@eflibdems.org.uk.
