Epping Forest Lib Dems Congratulate the Council's Leisure Team

Responding the news that Epping Forest District Council's five Leisure Centres have now been successful in re-applying for the Charter Mark, Epping Forest Liberal Democrats would like to congratulate all members of the leisure team for their hard work towards this prestigious award.

The Charter Mark helps everyone in the organisation focus on and improve customer service. Achievement of the standard is recognised by awarding the right to display the prestigious Charter Mark logo

Loughton Liberal Democrat, Neil Woollcott, who is a regular user of Epping Forest leisure centres and who spoke to the assessor in favour of the centres gaining the Charter Mark said "The leisure service is well run and very customer friendly. The staff are always prepared to listen and respond to user comments. This is evident with the ever expanding range of services that the leisure service are providing."
